Prime minister Mark Rutte, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Sigrid Kaag, Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality Carola Schouten, Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management Cora van Nieuwenhuizen and Minister for Healthcare and Sport Bruno Bruins will travel to India from 23 to 25 May 2018 on a working visit and trade mission. Mr Rutte will meet with Indian prime minister Narendra Modi to discuss the strategic relationship between the Netherlands and India and the scope for deepening political and economic cooperation.

DesiYUP is one of the 120 Dutch companies who will participate in this state mission in Mumbai and New Delhi. The accompanying business delegation will be led by Hans de Boer, President of the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers (VNO-NCW) (left, in the picture). The delegation will include representatives of businesses and knowledge institutions in the sectors water, logistics and maritime services, agri-food, horticulture, high-tech and IT, life sciences and health, and smart cities.
