DesiYUP did an exclusive interview with the First Lady of Republic Suriname, Mellisa Santokhi-Seenacherry. The film (12 mins) is made during her recent visit to The Netherlands. And introduces the viewer to the First Lady, how she will support her husband, the newly-elected President Chandrikapersad Santokhi, during his presidential term of 5 years. The First Lady requests the Surinamese Diaspora community to join hands and help rebuild their country.
