Shades, skin colour discrimation

In India, Africa, China and even in The Netherlands a lot of people use fairness products to get a lighter skin tone. Being fair is equal to being beautiful or successful in business or relationships. On an individual level a lot of people suffer from this type of discrimination within their own ethnic community, and this is called ‘colorism’.
