British singer-songwriter Navin Kundra and his band The515Crew performed in 2016 for the first time in the Oude Luxor Theater in Rotterdam. This concert was supported by female vocalists from The Netherlands: Anushree Joshi and Sangeeta Bhageloe. It was an unforgettable musical evening with the best Bollywood classics of the 60’s and 70’s and a tribute to the first Indian superstar Rajesh Khanna.

Hindi Cinema Classics I was part of the Business Seminar Start Up India, Co-Create with Indians, organized by Rotterdam Partners. India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and for The Netherlands, especially for Rotterdam there are many great business opportunities possible. During this business seminar leading speakers such as Albert Hoek, Managing Director at Broekman Logistics and Bouke van Zinderen, Sourcing Manager at KPN emphasized on understanding the cultural aspects while doing business with Indian companies and entrepreneurs.

In case you are wondering how did this concert happen? Mahesvari Autar was in Belgium to represent Holland at the Stronger Together event that was organized for the vist of the PM of India, Narendra Modi. Navin performed for over 6000 people that day and there the first step was taken to organize Hindi Cinema Classics.
