Recently more scientific studies are being conducted to understand the science behind music. In one of these studies researchers from the University of British Columbia (Canada) conducted a comparison case study.
The researchers compared the performance of high school students that learned music with students who didn’t learn music.
This study showed that the students who sing or play a musical instrument scored significantly better on maths, science and English l exams compared with students who do not learn music.
